Sorry for lack of updates and shit... I've been stressing school a lot. Anyways, here's 2 out of 3 characters for Character Design class. The third will be an old dude who I probably should have posted before. Oh well.

Character on the right was originally a 10 year old boy, but since the old and young chars have to be of opposite gender, I opted to make him into a 14 year old tomboy chick. Works better, I think. My old female character was literally an old woman with an AK-47, which I found hilarious, but it didn't really fit the universe.

Anyways, I have to add third character, colour, shade, and a background in two days time, so if you don't mind, I'm going to black out for a few hours.

Assignment for Friday's class. Take fave video game character and draw them as a 10-year-old.

Boot scaling and details need work (knees are wrong), but other than that, this makes me really happy.

Dicking around in Photoshop. Experimenting with photo sampling, super quick colour blocking, composition, etc. It's coming out all concept-art-y, which is I think is the point...

Female Fantasy Character Study

It's got to the point where I am procrastinating on work due tomorrow with work due at the end of the week. Oh well.

Female character study for Character Design class. Gotta do three more rotations in an A-pose, but I thought I'd finish up the initial pose I made for her. Idunno, I think she looks kinda meh, but she's still pretty cool nonetheless.

I had a sudden brain-flash and decided to look up some of this guy's tutorials: His art is completely awesome in every way and he's done a shit-ton of game stuff.

Anyway I decided to apply some of his techniques to a sketch I did in class today. I think it turned out pretty gOH GOD IT'S 5 IN THE MORNING...
